Inspection is $50 unless you approve the estimate, then we waive the inspection cost.

Protected Wildlife Species
We exclude March - May & August - October
Bat Exclusion O N H O L D during Hibernation & Nesting
Hibernation: October - March
Once night temperatures drop below 55° F bats begin their hibernation roost during the Fall and Winter months. We do not complete exclusions at this time.
Because they are protected, their hibernation roost is too. Relocation from their hibernation roost is prohibited.
We continue bat exclusions in the Spring once hibernation is over.
Nesting: June - July
Bats raise their babies June - July, so we DO NOT begin Phase I of the exclusion process during these months to ensure bat babies aren’t separated from their mothers.
We cautiously inspect to provide estimates and carefully complete Phase II of already in-process exclusions during this time.
We continue exclusions August 1st into the Fall until hibernation begins.
Bat Houses
Bat Conservation International offers DIY bat house recipes, bat house set up with location tips and examples, and sells bat gear — all proceeds benefit bat conservation!

Phase I: One-way exit installation allows bats to leave the property and prevents reentry. Sealing any potential access points.
Phase II: Once bats have left the property, removal of exits and complete seal up.

Our initial inspection is $50* unless you approve the estimate, then we waive the inspection cost.
* Commercial and long distance inspections are $75-150, also waived upon approval.
Exterior Relocation
We collect the bat(s) from your property and set them free in the wild.
There is no guarantee the bats won’t return once they’re released. They can be particular about their territory and where they roost.
A potential long term deterrent is bright light aimed directly where they are roosting. Other methods fade over time and do not effect some bat species.
Interior Collection
Bats are very difficult to find while they sleep during the day. The chances of discovering a bat decrease exponentially beyond the first 30 minutes after a sighting.
If it’s been longer than an hour, wait to see if the bat reappears, as they often find their way back out however they entered.
Our bat collection service is dependent upon our current schedule.
